About Kathy
梁嘉珩小姐師承香港小交響樂團首席豎琴師黃士倫女士和香港著名鋼琴家余嘉露女士，並畢業於香港浸會大學音樂系(主修豎琴)，取得音樂學士(榮譽)學位，現跟隨著名豎琴演奏家于丹女士學習豎琴。此外，梁氏熱愛向世界各地不同豎琴家學習和上大師班，例如：
Catherine Michel, Catrin Finch, Alexander Boldachev, Gabriella Dall'Olio, Joel von Lerber, Hannah Lash、王冠、黃立雅等大師。
梁氏擔任香港浸會大學管弦樂團、香港浸會大學管樂團、香港青年愛樂樂團豎琴手。除了本地樂團演出外，曾在美國史丹森大學音樂學院作交換生，並同時擔任該校管弦樂團、管樂團和室內弦樂團等三個樂團的豎琴手。此外，梁氏在國際比賽勇奪佳績，分別在大阪國際音樂大賽（豎琴獨奏）香港賽區和法國豎琴大賽Concours Français de la Harpe奪得第二名。梁氏熱愛參與不同豎琴活動，例如：2017年在香港舉辦的世界豎琴大會、2023年Alexander Boldachev 豎琴工作坊、2024上海HCC豎琴嘉年華。梁氏熱心從事音樂教育工作，富有多年教學經驗，致力培育新一代的音樂家。梁氏帶領學生於各個大型比賽和考試，並獲得優異成績。在大學修讀音樂期間，梁氏同時選修音樂教育課程，十分了解不同學習需要的學生。梁氏希望讓學生在愉快的環境下學習，教學方法多變，因應不同學生的學習需求作出教學修訂，設計不同遊戲幫助學生學習音樂、享受音樂。
此外，梁氏也提供演奏服務，為各大少婚禮、公司、品牌及私人活動提供豎琴演奏表演。
Leung Ka Hang, Kathy is a professional harpist based in Hong Kong. She graduated from the Hong Kong Baptist University, majoring in harp. She studies harp with the principal harp of the Hong Kong Sinfonietta, Ms. Ann Huang and the renowned pianist Carol Yu. Now Ms Leung is studying harp under the renowned harpist Ms Dan Yu. Also, she participated in the masterclass of Catherine Michel, Catrin Finch, Alexander Boldachev, Gabriella Dall'Olio, Joel von Lerber, Hannah Lash, Guan Wang, Liya Wang. She was the harp player of Hong Kong Baptist University Symphonic Orchestra, Hong Kong Baptist University Wind Symphony, Hong Kong Baptist University String Ensemble. Also, she was the harpist of the Chamber Orchestra, Symphony Orchestra and the University Symphonic Band of Stetson University- School of Music in the United States in 2018. In addition, she won the second prize at the Osaka International Music Competition (Harp solo, Hong Kong Region) and the French Harp Competition (Concours Français de la Harpe). Leung loves participating the harp events, she had been to the 2017 World Harp Congress in Hong Kong, Alexander Boldachev harp techniques workshop in 2023、Harp Carnival China 2024 in Shanghai. Leung is an active performer in Hong Kong and has performed for many years in different occasions including orchestral performances, weddings, company, and private events such as Hong Kong Youth Symphonic Orchestra, GP Wedding, UNESCO Asia- Pacific Awards for Cultural Heritage Conservation Honorable Mention Ceremony, New World Facilities Management Company Limited. Leung has been devoted to music teaching for many years and her students obtained highly acclaimed performance in different music competitions and examinations. Leung studied music education during her study in HKBU and she is acclaimed by her creative and varied pedagogy. Let’s play music!
